Leslie Baunach and Traci Effinger are Nationally Certified School Psychologists who often co-train together and worked for the Hawai`i Department of Education for over 10 years (Where Traci still works). They are the only NASP PREPaRE 3rd edition trainers within the state of Hawaiʻi.
